The story of how a reader missed four and a half books of foreshadowing

This was an excellent conclusion to an excellent series of books that I completely failed to accurately interpret any of the foreshadowing. I mean, this made the book a lot more exciting, but it also made me laugh at myself a lot.

If you liked the other books in the series, you're going to like this one. It's witty and thoughtful and thrilling and all of the other things the series has been since the very first book, and even though the series is over with this last fifth volume, it still feels like the story is just beginning.
